Montana Gold Futurity

The Montana Gold Futurity was held October 6th,

2007 at the Circle L Arena in Belgrade in conjunction

with an APHA horse show. The payouts for the

Montana Gold exceeded $4100 in it's first year and

had 24 stallions nominated from Montana, Idaho,

Wyoming, Iowa, Utah, and California with over 50

entries showing in 11 classes. Nominated stallions

were registered with APHA, AQHA, ApHC, or the

Jockey Club and all eligible foals were registered

with either APHA, AQHA, or ApHC. The classes

that the eligible horses could be shown in were

weanling and yearling halter, yearling longe line,

yearling in hand trail, 2 and 3 year old western

pleasure and hunter under saddle and three year

old trail. Placings and payouts as follow:
